color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;crepes alla nutella&lt;/span&gt;?!??!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a mio parere no!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ed ecco oggi una dolcissima ricetta,per prendere tutte voi per la gola!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come ben sappiamo,le crepes sono forse l'alimento piu'conosciuto ed amato della cucina francese,&lt;br /&gt;moltissime le versioni,dolci e salate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Passiamo agli ingredienti per le crepes&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;250 ml latte freddo&lt;br /&gt;3 uova&lt;br /&gt;200 g farina 00&lt;br /&gt;una noce di burro&lt;br /&gt;100 g zucchero&lt;br /&gt;in questo caso per la farcitura,un barattolo di nutella&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-In una terrina,con la frusta elettrica,montiamo le uova con lo zucchero,uniamo quindi la farina,&lt;br /&gt;ed il latte.&lt;br /&gt;-Passiamo alla cottura,fondamentale una padella antiaderente,se abbiamo la piastra per le crepes&lt;br /&gt;il grosso invece e'fatto!!&lt;br /&gt;-Sciogliamo nella padella la noce di burro,e cuociamo l'impasto,un mestolo per volta,ad ogni&lt;br /&gt;mestolo deve corrispondere una crepes.&lt;br /&gt;-Cuociamola bene da entrambi i lati.&lt;br /&gt;-Mettiamo le crepes nei piatti da portata,farciamo l'interno con nutella,e pieghiamole&lt;br /&gt;a mezzaluna.&lt;br /&gt;-Spolveriamo con zucchero a velo,e godiamocela tutta!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In questo caso ho sciolto,a bagnomaria, in un tegamino,4 cucchiai di nutella con poco latte.&lt;br /&gt;Ho versato la crema ottenuta sulla crepes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uv_RJ2dFyMw/St29DW8eIQI/AAAAAAAAELU/8mqvZfaLip0/s400/1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394675794056192258" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;500 g farina 00&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10 g di ammoniaca,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;130 g  strutto &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;150 g zucchero&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;latte&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;semi di cumino&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Impastiamo tutti gli ingredienti assieme,facendo la solita fontana di farina,tranne che i semini.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Otteniamo dall'impasto dei grossi cilindri e tagliamo dei pezzetti di 5 cm piu' o meno.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Passiamoli nei semini ed inforniamo,in forno tiepido, a 180°per 15/20 minuti.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_uv_RJ2dFyMw/StdaM2HdgFI/AAAAAAAAEJU/8eb6FYIW0ao/s400/1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5392878255531196498" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;-Laviamo e tagliamo a dadi sia la zucca che le patate,versiamole in una pentola con un filo d'acqua e cuociamole finche'non sarannoben cotte.&lt;p&gt;-Frulliamole con il mixer e mettiamo la purea nuovamente in padella con una noce di burro,lasciando asciugare un po'l'acqua in eccesso.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-In una terrina battiamo le uova,uniamo la panna da cucina,sale e pepe ,noce moscata ed il parmigiano.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Appena la zucca si sara'raffreddata uniamo anche il composto di panna.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Imburriamo 4 cocottine e versiamo dentro la purea riempiendole per 3/4.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Cuociamo a bagnomaria in forno a 200°per 30 minuti.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Prepariamo la salsa al formaggio sciogliendo in un pentolino,a fuoco basso,il gorgonzola con robiola e fontina.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Cuociamo in una padella le puntine facendole rosolare in una noce di burro,quindi saliamole e pepiamole.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Sformiamo nei piatti i flan,decoriamoli con le puntine di maiale ed irroriamoli con la salsa al formaggio.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Insalata Tricolore Dop&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 g rucola&lt;br /&gt;100 g bresaola&lt;br /&gt;100 g parmigiano&lt;br /&gt;1 linome&lt;br /&gt;olio d'oliva&lt;br /&gt;pepe&lt;br /&gt;aceto balsamico facoltativo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Puliamo e laviamo la rucola,specialita'prodotta ne Salento e nn solo utilizzata per arricchire le nostre tavole,ma viene anche esportata in Europa.&lt;br /&gt;-Sistemiamo la rucola su un piatto da portata ed aggiungiamo la Bresaola Valtellinese Dop,che io in questo caso ho tagliato a grossi pezzi.&lt;br /&gt;-Completiamo con Parmigiano a scaglie,un filo d'olio,una spruzzata di succo di limone e una spolverata di pepe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A scelta si puo'sostituire il succo di limone con aceto balsamico,se si amano i sapori intensi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come gustare un piatto ricco,completo e saporito senza attentare la linea!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;
